Vancouver’s weather forecast for the next week is literally sun, sun, and more sun. Yay! Normally, I am not a huge salad lover, but for some reason, as soon it gets slightly warm, with some sun and blue sky, a salad is all I crave.
I want to share my favourite salad recipe with all of you, as I literally think it is the most delicious thing in the world, and I think you all deserve to eat some yummy food.
The Wellness Club's Simple and Yummy Salad Recipe
1 handful of kale
1 handful of arugula
1/2 cup of chopped cucumber
1/3 of halved cherry tomatoes
1 handful of toasted almonds (or however many you want to give the salad a good crunch)
1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
2-3 chopped medjool dates
sprinkle of goat cheese
Whitewater Glory Bowl Dressing (however much you want)
All you have to do is mix everything in a big bowl, and there you have it. So easy, so tasty, and you can even swap ingredients out if you want! Eating healthy, whole foods, can be enjoyable when you know how to make delicious meals 🙂
